Peschanaya Bay is an amazing little corner of Baikal nature. The mountains are filled with different colors, the water is unusually azure, the warm sand under your feet, a dazzling sparkling horizon, an amazing forest, steep cliffs and high cliffs. Looking at Baikal, here you really feel at sea, because even the water is as warm and azure.
You can not drive here by car, but there are a lot of tourists in the season, anyway. People are fewer only in June and early September. And if you are mooring in the bay of Grandma – the neighboring bay, then to go ashore you need permission to visit the national park. You can get it in the office of the “Reserve Baikal region” in Irkutsk.
